I never thought I’d leave a teeth cleaning appointment disappointed… but only because they wouldn’t let me book one for tomorrow. Sharp Dentistry somehow makes getting your teeth scraped enjoyable. The office looks more like a luxury spa than a dental practice, the staff is ridiculously friendly (I’m convinced they secretly recruit from Disney), and everyone somehow remembers your name without staring awkwardly at a chart. The cleaning was thorough, gentle, and surprisingly relaxing. Then, just when I thought the experience couldn’t get any better, Dr. Segal made a cameo appearance—like the Stan Lee of dentistry. He stopped in, made sure everything looked great, and somehow managed to make me feel better about flossing without delivering a guilt trip. Five stars. I recently had a full-mouth restoration completed by another dentist and wanted an independent evaluation because I was uncomfortable with my bite. From the moment I arrived at Dr. Sharp’s office, I felt welcomed. The staff was friendly, professional, and I was taken back promptly. X-rays were taken, and the assistant was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. When Dr. Sharp came in, he introduced himself, listened carefully to all of my concerns, and took the time to evaluate everything thoroughly. I never felt rushed. What impressed me most was that he genuinely listened and helped me understand what he was seeing. It was such a relief to have my concerns taken seriously and to leave with a clear plan moving forward. After my visit, I felt confident that I had found my new dentist. I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and quality of care I received from everyone in the office. The office is easy to find in Coconut Grove, there’s plenty of parking, and the entire experience was outstanding.
